Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the non-uniform movement of a heated and softened material by partially changing the cross-sectional area of an elastic skin material and providing a time lag of expansion and streching at the time of expansion and stretching under pressure.
SOLUTION: Metal molds 1, 1a have a plurality of air holes 1b at a time of molding appropriately arranged thereto if necessary and an elastic skin material 2 and cores 3, 3a for holding the same are arranged in the molds 1, 1a so as to pierce the molds. Pressure fluid inflow ports 4 are provided to the left and right cores 3, 3a by drilling, and both cores 3, 3a are integrated by a plurality of core connecting rods 3b. By this constitution, both ends to which the elastic skin material 2 is fixed is brought to a thick-walled state, the vicinity of a freely expanded central part is brought to a thin-walled state to partially change the cross-sectional area of the elastic skin material 2, and a time lag of expansion and stretching is provided.
