Abstract:
To enable easy fabrication of a honeycomb sandwich panel in a simple way.
A skin material 11a is bonded to one of the face sides of a core body 11 and these bonded materials are molded to the desired shape. Further, the skin material 11a face of the core body 11 is positioned and fixed with a vacuum chick and is fitted to a cutting machine 15. In addition, the other face side of the core body 11 is fabricated by cutting and the skin material 11a is bonded on this cut other face side into a sandwich structure.
