Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance simply at normal temperatures wetting properties of the inner face of a flow passage in an ink jet recording head made of resin.
CONSTITUTION: In an ink jet recording head made of resin, a layer 9 on which fine particles of an oxide are adsorbed is formed on the resin surface, being in contact with ink, of a flow passage 2 formed of a first base plate 6 and a second base plate 8, and further, a layer 10 for adsorbing dyes is formed. The oxide layer on the resin surface is formed by applying an organosol in which fine particles of an oxide are dispersed.
