Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent effectively the surface of the skin from generating a blister.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of very fine vent holes 12a are formed into a skin material 12 molded into a fixed form. The molded skin material 12 in which the vent holes 12a are formed is set up within a press bottom force 34, on which a press molding resin material 36 softened by heating is put. Then the molded skin material 12 and resin material 36 are press-molded integrally and an integrally molded product 40 with the skin is manufactured.
