Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable pattern paper to be readily manufactured which is like Japanese paper and capable of representing diversified patterns by successively transferring paper material to a wet blanket, and transferring non-woven fabric on the paper material, and thereafter drying the laminated paper material of the paper material and non-woven fabric.
CONSTITUTION: After diluting a liquid of pulp and rayon fiber within a paper material box, it is, for example in the case of irregular Japanese paper patterns, supplied to the inner part of a slice 2 on one side of a short net 1 and moisture is dehydrated during the time of passing on table rollers 3, 3 and, by a couch roller 4 and a breast roller 4a, the short net 1 and wet blanket 7 are held therebetween for forming irregular pattern paper material 6 and the moisture is dehydrated in order to transfer the irregular pattern paper 6 on the wet blanket 7. Next, at a part of the circular path of the wet blanket 7, non-woven fabric 24 is drawn out of the roil non-woven fabric 23 and starch material 32 is sprayed from a nozzle 26 thereon, and further it is pressed by means of press rollers 34, 34a for forming an integrated non-woven fabric added paper 17a. Furthermore, the non-woven fabric added paper 17a is transferred on a top felt 14, and thereafter it is transferred onto a dryer 15 to be dried.
