PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of an unstable metal-film region by transferring a shielding plate almost perpendicularly to the transfer direction of a holding body in a method of manufacturing a laminate.
SOLUTION: An opening 121 and an opening 131 both have a rectangular shape, and their corresponding sides are positioned almost parallel. A shielding plate 130 is transferred perpendicularly in the transfer direction of the outer peripheral surface of a scan roller 111. Under a condition in which the opening 131 on the shielding plate 130 coincides with the opening 121 on a separating wall 120, a laminate is manufactured in which a resin layer formed by a resin- layer forming unit 112, and a metal thin film formed by a metal thin-film forming unit 114, are alternately laminated repeatedly on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating scan roller 111. Under a condition in which the opening 121 is shielded by the shield plate 130, a laminate is manufactured in which a resin layer formed by the resin-layer forming unit 112 is continuously formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating scan roller 111.
