PURPOSE: To eliminate the residue of an inner stress in laminate formation and improve the dimensional stability of a laminate used for a printed-wiring board by inserting a plurality of resin forming materials or metallic foil disposed on the outermost layer between press heating disks heated to specific temperature preliminarily, and then laminate-forming them integrally in specific low pressure.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of resin forming materials 5 and, as further required, metallic foil 6, 7 disposed on the outermost layer are inserted between press heating disks 1, 2 previously heated to a temperature of 100-250°C C, and then laminate-formed integrally in a low pressure of 5-80kg/cm2. In this instance, a wide variety of resin forming materials can be made an object and prepreg as a resin-impregnated base material or resin sheet can be made an object therefor. Since they are inserted between press-heating disks previously heated to high temperature and pressed at low pressure, laminate formation becomes possible to be effected without blocking a resin flow of the forming material, and without making inner stresses reside in a molding.
