Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the uneven part of a surface sheet due to spring-back phenomenon of a glass fiber of a lined sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A lining sheet 2 mixed with polyolefin powder particles and a glass fiber and a surface sheet 4 of a thermoplastic resin are superposed, arranged on a vacuum or aerodynamic mold 1, then heated, vacuum or a aerodynamic molded to be integrated, an upper mold 5 or a release sheet is pressed on the sheet 4 while the sheet 4 is soft, and cooled to be solidified. The uneven part of the sheet 4 due to the spring-back phenomenon of the glass fiber of the sheet 2 is prevented by the mold 5 and the release sheet.
