PURPOSE: To obtain the laminated material excellent in sanitary properties, an aptitude for after-working and the like and suitable for forming a can vessel by a method wherein a metallic plate and a thermoplastic resin film are laminated through a bonding agent made by blending polyolefin containing carboxyl group and a metal compound.
CONSTITUTION: Olefin series individual such as ethylene or the like and α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid such as acrylic acid or the like are copolymerized or graft polymerized in a proportion of preferably 100:0.1W30wt. ratio to obtain the polyolefin containing carboxyl group. Subsequently, preferably 0.05W10 parts of the metal compound such as potassium carbonate or the like is used against 100 parts of polyolefin and is heated and mixed uniformly under the temperature of 120W 220°C for 5W120min to obtain the polyolefin composition. This composition is fused and extruded by a T-die 6 and the metallic plate 1 and the thermoplastic resin film 3 are pressed by a cooling roller 2 and a nip roller 5 to bond them, thereby obtaining the objective laminated plate.
