PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated material excellent in operation efficiency, free from scatter in adhesive strength and eminent in commercial valve by a method wherein a substrate is coated with solution containing specific polyolefine resin, solvent is removed, resin powder is deposited, and then the substrate is laminated.

CONSTITUTION: The substrate 1 is coated with covering agent of polyolefin resin by a coating device 2, the solvent in covering agent is removed by a heating device 3 and powder of polyolefin resin is deposited uniformly. Then, at the same time that the polyolefin resin is heated by a heating device 4 over the melting point, another substrate 5 is compressed, heated and laminated to manufacture a laminated material. As said covering agent is used corboxyl radical- containing polyolefin or carboxyl radical-containing polyolefin resin with which metallic compound is mixed, after it has beem dispersed in organic solvent having a boiling point under the softening point of this polyolefin resin or water.
