To prevent resin composition from flowing out of an end of width direction of a pressed object during manufacturing by folding upward a projected part in width direction of a metallic foil of a laminate so that a resin receiving part is formed between an upper metallic foil and a lower metallic foil, and thereafter heating and curing for continuously manufacturing.
Two resin-impregnated bases 3 are formed by impregnating bases 1, which are continuously fed, with resin compositions 2 containing thermoset resin of radical polymerization. The resin impregnated-bases 3 and two metallic foils 4 are laminated so that the metallic foils 4a and 4b, which are continuously fed, are laminated so that the metallic foils 4a and 4b are arranged on both surfaces thereof. A laminate is pressed and bonded by laminating rolls 5, and the lower metallic foil 4b of the metallic foils 4a and 4b on the both surfaces is folded upward by a folding device 6. Next, a pressed object is heated and cured in a heating and curing furnace 7, and thereafter it is cut in specified size by cutters 8 for continuously manufacturing laminated sheets. The number of the resin-impregnated bases 3 can be appropriately controlled corresponding to thickness of laminated sheets to be obtained.
