PURPOSE: To easily obtain a lining tube to be used in an in-situ foam(INS) method, etc., by making a two-layer tube through forming a felt layer outside a tube composed of a reinforced fiber and by weaving the reinforced fiber outside an inner back through an inner back type fiber circular weaving machine using the two-layer tube as the inner back.
CONSTITUTION: A tube 11 composed of a reinforced fiber is formed and a felt layer is formed outside the tube 11 so that there is formed a two-layer tube 14 with the outside of a felt layer 12 and the inside of a reinforced fiber layer 13. When the two-layer tube 14 is set as an inner back in an inner back type fiber circular weaving machine and a reinforced fiber is woven outside the inner back by an inner back type fiber circular weaving machine, there is formed a lining tube 17 of three-layer structure with the outer and inner layers are composed of the reinforced fiber 15 and the interlayer composed of a felt 16. When the lining tube 17 is used in INS method, a film 18 composed of polyurethane or vinyl chloride, etc., are caused to adhere or fuse to the outside face of the lining tube 17 before use.
