PURPOSE: To simplify the design of a logical circuit, by preparing a circuit group functioning as a circuit group and a load group functioning as a drive section of a multiinput logical gate circuit and wiring the circuit groups.

CONSTITUTION: In a prestage multiinput logical gate circuit, the drive section for a gate circuit of prestage and a load section of the gate circuit at poststage are formed in the same circuit constitution. To attain high-speed operation of the gate circuit of the poststage, an input signal of the gate circuit of the prestage is given to a load section of the gate circuit of the poststage for direct control. A section comprising plural transistors corresponding to the drive section DR1 of the prestage is formed in one cell. The load section LD1 obtained by determining the section DR1 is formed in one cell. Thus, plural cells are formed on a substrate and the cells are wired to manufacture the circuit.
