PURPOSE: To improve the compression strength of a long length skeg and the sea water proof performance, by filling a resin concrete in a space formed by a bottom section mold and a side mold then hardening, and after demolding the side mold laminating FRP on said section.
CONSTITUTION: The upper face of a bottom section mold 1 and the long length skeg side face molds 2A, 2B are coupled through the needles 3A, 3B then an inner space to be formed by said molds is filled with resin concrete and hardened to form a core 4. After the hardening the side face molds 2A, 2B are demolded and FRP 5 is laminated from the outer face of the core 4 to said mold 1 then it is hardened and said mold 1 is demolded to produce a long length skeg 6. When forming a long length skeg in such a manner, it will match well to the bottom of a FRP vessel because of a bottom section mold and it can be fixed easily.
