PURPOSE: To raise a coating property and adhesive of a coating for a magnetic recording layer, a coating for a thermal recording layer, and a coating for a printing recording layer by a method wherein a paper base material and a plastic film are efficiently integrated and a surface of the plastic layer is roughened in conformity with a purpose at a laminating stage.

CONSTITUTION: A plastic film 3 is laminated on one side or both sides of a paper base material 1 with a T-die extruder 2. A surface of the plastic is roughened so as to be 100 sec/10cc-500sec/10cc with Beck smoothness sensor by using a cooling roll of a roughened surface in the laminating. A magnetic recording layer or the like is provided thereon to obtain a method for manufacture of a magnetic coupon sheet.
