PURPOSE: To manufacture a large quantities of glass molds at a time by partially coupling a magnetic head core and a magnetic head fixing body, and coupling them again so as to cover a coupled part.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic head core 8 is fixed by a fixing jig 9 so as not to move with respect to a magnetic head fixing body 7, temporarily fixed glass 10 is positioned between the magnetic head core 8 and the magnetic head fixing body 7, the temporarily fixed glass 10 is fused by laser beams 11, and the magnetic head core 8 and the magnetic head fixing body 7 are partially coupled. Next, the fixing jig 9 is removed, molding glass 12 is set upward the magnetic head core 8 at the slit upper part of the magnetic head fixing body 7, and inputted in a heated furnace 13. By the heating, the molding glass 12 flows through the gap between the slit of the magnetic head fixing body 7 and the magnetic head core 8, and the magnetic head fixing body 7 and the magnetic head core 8 are coupled. Thus,large quantity of the glass molding can be executed at a time.
