Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the magnetic part with difference in stages easily by a method wherein an external form of a plate member consisting of a material having high permeability is shaped and machined through press working, etc., and a coil wound core body and a plurality of seats are stacked and fixed, and diffused and joined while being annealed magnetically. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic part with difference in stages is composed of the coil wound core body 24 consisting of the thin flat material having high permeability and a plurality of the seats 24a-24d. The simultaneous punching of press punching working forming positioning holes 24a and press punching working punching the external form is enabled because the thin flat material having high permeability is used here. The coil wound core body 24 and the seats 25a-25d are positioned by means of a fixed position regulating jig 31. The jig 31 is charged into a vacuum furnace, heated at approximately 1,050 deg.C-1,200 deg.C, and held for thirty min-four hr. The coil wound core body 24 and the seats 25a-25d closely contacted mutually by means of the jig 31 are diffused and joined under this condition. The core body and the seats are thermally treated. They are magnetically annealed at the same time through the heat treatment process, and the magnetic part with difference in stages to which the coil wound core body 24 and the seats 25a-25d are unified is easily obtained.
