PURPOSE: To obtain a product having seamless and complicate shape in only one process by heating metallic mold under clamping condition, blowing and sticking metal powder on forming surface in inner face of the metallic mold, cooling after fushion-forming the metal powder with heat of the metallic mold and opening the metallic mold to take out the formed product.

CONSTITUTION: As the metal powder 9a is closely stuck and fushion-formed on the forming surfaces 5a, 5b in the metallic mold 4, the product having shape along the forming surfaces 5a, 5b can be obtd. and degree of freedom to the shape is widened. Therefore, the product assembled after manufacturing as the separated parts can be integrally formed by this method.
