Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a synthetic resin coating film on a steel sheet coated with an organic coating film from being parted even in the case the alkali degreasing conditions are severe.
SOLUTION: An emulsion of an aqueous acrylic resin dispersion having 3-20KOH mg/g acid value, 10000 or higher molecular weight, and 0-30°C glass transition temperature is applied to the surface of a chromated and electrolytic zinc-coated steel sheet having Ra 0.5μm or higher center line average roughness as surface roughness and successively the electrolytic zinc-coated steel sheet is heated and dried while the temperature of the steel sheet 13 being kept within a range from 160°C to 230°C.
