Abstract:
To effectively suppress or prevent each end butted part from being opened.
Inwardly bent part 7, 7 are formed in an intermediate part in the longitudinal direction of an aluminum wire stock 5 using a pair of upper and lower press dies 2, 3 having semi-circular recesses 2a, 3a for forming on surfaces opposite to each other, and a core 4 the outer circumferential part of which is arc-shaped over the semi-circular shape, and the rest of the outer circumferential part of which is a flat part 4b, the stock 5 is pressed and bent in a ring by opening the bent parts 7, 7 and butting end parts 5a, 5a to each other.
