PURPOSE: To provide a method of easily and accurately manufacturing micro forceps with an alligator part suitably capable of grasping a specified object, besides being high in safety, even if a blank is a minute columnar substance.
CONSTITUTION: At least the following processes (A), (B) and (C) are applied to a bar substance, whereby two jaw parts A and B with working point parts 1a, 1b, supporting point parts 2a, 2b and power point parts 3a, 3b are formed up, and an alligator part of a microforceps with these jaw parts. (A) with plastic working, required spots of these supporting point and power point parts are formed into the desired form. (B) with shearing working, required spots of these supporting point and power point parts are formed into the desired form. (C) with either of laser beam machining or wire-electric discharge machining or both, the required spot of the working point part is formed into the desired form, respectively.
