PURPOSE: To produce a mold for expressing a decorative surface by a method in which a master form is surrounded with a frame, while its three dimensional shaped decorative surface is directed upward, and unfoamable urethane resin is sprayed on the master form, and then foamable urethan resin is sprayed thereon, whereby the remaining part in the frame is filled with said resin, and after its solidification the mold is released from the frame.

CONSTITUTION: A master form 1 is e.g., a square and has the three dimensional shaped decorative surface 2 of four pyramidal shapes to be expressed on a constructed product in four quadrants and then is made of suitable material. To produce a mold, the three dimensional shaped decorative surface 2 of the master form 1 is directed upward, and the master form is surrounded with the frame 3 having larger height then that of the pyramid-top, and then mold release agent is stuck to the three dimensional shaped decorative surface 2. After drying said mold release agent, unfoamable urethane resin is sprayed on the master form 1 in a specified thickness, and after its solidification, foamable urethan resin is sprayed on the layer 4 of unfoamable urethane resin, and further the inside of the frame 3 is filled with the layer 5 of the foamable urethan resin. After a mold has been molded with the resin layers 4, 5 and solidified, the mold is released from the frame 3.
