Title:
MANUFACTURE OF MOLDED ARTICLE IN WHICH METALLIC INSERT IS BURIED
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6277914
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture a molded article which does not generate an undercut at the time of mold break, by a method wherein a cavity side surface of a magnet piece is exposed to a method wherein a cavity side surface of a magnet piece is exposed to a slant wall surface part of a mold slanted to a mold breaking direction of the mold, metallic insert are held by attraction to an exposed surface and the molded article is molded by pouring resin into a cavity.

CONSTITUTION: A metallic insert 5 is attracted by a magnet piece 4 buried in a mold. The metallic insert 5 is attracted to an exposed surface 7 of the magnet piece, held favorably and apt to be fixed by a stepped part 8 to be formed by the exposed surface 7 and a wall surface part. Molten resin is cured by casting the same within a cavity by clamping the mold after the metallic insert has been fixed. With this construction, mold breaking can be performed smoothly without becoming an undercut even if the metallic insert is provided at a slant position is relation to a mold breaking direction.
