PURPOSE: To carry out speedy, easy and precise manufacturing of molding members for solid protector forming by using protector-to-be-manufactured fastened members as master models for lamp housings which are the same in shape and size as lamp housings to be manufactured.

CONSTITUTION: Lanp housings 1, 1 and protectors 6 mounted thereon are the same in shape and size as lamp housings and protectors for which molding members are attempted to be designed and manufactured. The lamp housings 1 and the protectors 6 as master models are attached onto a fitting 9 on which a molding member (B) 10 is formed by customization. Next, a molding member (A) 11 is customized. For customizing and constructing the molding members (A), (B), synthetic resin 2 such as two-liquid hardening type polyurethane group resin is used which is incorporated with iron powder and has the shrinkage ratio of 4/10000 in solidification. Speedy, easy and precise manufacturing of molding members for solid protector forming is therefore effected.
