To improve the miniaturization, reliability and safety of a motor stator, by coating the surface of a stator winding with an insulation fastening material after the winding of the motor stator is completed, and by fastening thereafter the stator winding to the motor stator while forming the stator winding in a predetermined shape through a forming die.
After winding a stator winding 2 around a stator core 1, coating the surface of the stator winding 2 with an insulation fastening material 3, the stator winding 2 is stored and mounted in a forming die 5 to be pressed. Then, the forming die 5 is heated moderately to accelerate the hardening of the fastening material 3. When the fastening is completed, the stator core 1 with the stator winding 2 is taken out from the forming die 5 to complete a stator. Thereby, the separations of the stator winding 2 from the stator core 1 can be prevented simultaneously with its forming to make the exclusions of its disconnections and insulation faultinesses possible. Also, since the winding fastening with the same dimension as the forming die 5 is made possible, the forming faultinesses of the stator winding 2 can be excluded to make the miniaturization, reliability and safety of a motor stator improvable.
