Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate the manufacture, realize the favorable accuracy and further reduce the cost of a needle valve by a method wherein inorganic fibers are mixed in high-resistance engineering plastic, so as to expose the inorganic fibers by grinding in order to bond to fluororubber with adhesive.

CONSTITUTION: To high heat-resistance engineering plastic, 5W150pts.wt. of inorganic fibers are added with respect to 100pts.wt. of resin content to injection- mold a socket 2. The inorganic fibers are exposed on the surface of the high heat-resistance engineering plastic by grinding the valve body mounting portion of the molded socket 2. After that, adhesive having functional group is coated to the valve body mounting portion, onto which fluororubber is applied under high temperature and high pressure so as to form a valve body 3 portion. Because the inorganic fibers mixed in resin are exposed by grinding the surface of the valve body mounting portion so as to be bonded to fluororubber with adhesive, the bonding of the valve body 3 to the socket 2 with adhesive becomes possible. As a result, the formation of a neck portion or a truncated cone at the valve body mounting portion becomes unnecessary and the simple and precise manufacture of a needle valve 1 becomes possible.
