Abstract:

PURPOSE: To use a highly duhumidifying high temperature curing type adhesive and to realize a highly reliable recording medium by sticking two substrates by a high temperature curing type adhesive through a metallic spacer and applying an AC magnetic field to them.

CONSTITUTION: Two glass plates 21 with recording layers 24 are stuck by the high temperature curing type epoxy adhesive 22 through Al metallic spaces 23a and 23b. When the plates 21 in that state are placed on a supporting stand 12 to apply an AC magnetic field by an AC power source 14, only the Al spacers 23a and 23b are heated to cure the epoxy adhesive 22. However the recording layers 24 do not contact the spacers, and therefore they are not damaged. Thus the highly duhumidifying high temperature curing type epoxy polyamide, etc., can be used to realize the highly reliable recording medium.
