Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably manufacture an Sr ferrite magnet having excellent magnetic characteristics by homogenizing the composition of ferrite.
CONSTITUTION: In order to manufacture an oxide permanent magnet by pulverizing a temporarily baked material to fine powder, molding the powder in a magnetic field and then proper baking it, the powder is obtained by repeating twice or more of the temporary baking the material at 1100-1300°C and pulverizing it until its mean particle size become 0.6-1.0μm. Thus, the composition of ferrite can be homogenized, and an Sr ferrite magnet having excellent magnetic characteristics can be stably manufactured.
