Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the deformation of superconductor caused by sintering in manufacturing oxide superconductor by a solid phase method, and maintain superconductivity characteristics and high critical current density of the oxide superconductor.
CONSTITUTION: Silver coating is formed on a silver electrode forming surface and the other surface of oxide superconductor, and it is sintered at a temperature around a fusing point of the oxide superconductor dropped by existence of silver for preventing deformation. The silver coating is formed of silver tape, flame coating of silver, etc.
