Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a loss of the gas absorbing capacity or gas generating capacity of a chemical agent packed into a bag by forming the bag with a material in which the gas- permeable surface part of a packaging material is covered with a non-gas-permeable adhesive film, packing a chemical agent absorbing or generating gas into the bag through an opening thereof and sealing the opening.
CONSTITUTION: A non-gas-permeable adhesive film L fed from a roll 21 and a gas-permeable packaging material (a) fed from a roll 22 are fed to a portion between pressure rollers 23 and 24 by guide rollers 25, and the non-gas-permeable adhesive film L is pressed against the gas-permeable surface of the gas-permeable packaging material (a) by the pressure rollers. Thus, a packaging material 1 whose entire surface is formed to be non-gas-permeability is withdrawn from the portion between the pressure rollers 23 and 24 to be wound on a winding roll. The packaging material 1 thus obtained is used as at least a part of a non-gas- permeable material for making a bag having an opening 2. After a chemical agent F absorbing or generating predetermined gas is then filled into the bag through the opening 2, this opening 2 is sealed. By this method, the gas absorbing capacity or gas generating capacity of the chemical agent packed into the bag can be maintained.
