Abstract:
PURPOSE: To be able to manufacture a packaging or packing member capable of corresponding to more various states by deforming a sheet tube established for a mass production method to various sectional shapes.
CONSTITUTION: A tube manufacturing step 1 of laminating sheet-like materials made of sheet as a main material laminated via adhesive to form a cylindrical member is conducted. Then, a deforming step 2 of inserting an inner die into the member to the member, applying a pressing force from the exterior toward the interior to deform the section to a non-circular abnormal shape is conducted. The deformation of the step 2 is conducted with the adhesive for sticking the sheet-like material for forming the member in a non-cured state. After the step 2, the adhesive is cured in an adhesive curing step 3, and packaging or packing member is completed by using a cutting step 4 for cutting it in a suitable length.
