Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture waterproofing, water-resistant and strong paper backplates by using materials reproduced out of waste paper.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated board is formed by laminating several sheets of raw paper with adhesive, and the laminated board is immersed in a solution containing 20-70% of urethane resin solved therein as a strengthener, or the solution is applied by coating to the circumferential surface of the laminated board. After drying, the laminated board is cut into appropriate sizes.
