Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for brushing finish treatment in the recessed section of a connecting section with a slab by preventing the honeycomb of the section of the lug of a partial PC beam when the partial PC beam in a building such as reinforced concrete is manufactured.
CONSTITUTION: Upper end reinforcements 2 and lower end reinforcements 3 are arranged upside down while throw forms 12 for forming a recessed section connected to a slab are built and fixed to a stirrup 4 and a reinforced cage 1a is assembled previously, and stepped sections 11 for forming the upper end faces of the section of the lug of a PC beam are shaped to the lower section of the side walls of the forms 19. A spacer 14 is laid on the base of these forms, the reinforced cage 1a is dropped into the forms 19 under the state, in which the reinforced cage 1a is positioned upside down, a throw form fixing material 15 is interposed in a clearance between the stirrup on the base side of the forms and the throw forms, and concrete is placed, cured and mold-released, thus forming a partial PC beam.
