Abstract:

PURPOSE: To form a cavity without using wax and to greatly improve the manufacture efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: This component is equipped with a ceramic resonator 2 which has an electrode 1 formed on the main surface and a jacket resin part 4 which covers the whole ceramic resonator 2 across the cavity 3 formed around the electrode 1. After an insulating thin film 10 which has releasing property is adhered onto the electrode 1 of the ceramic resonator 2 and the whole ceramic resonator 2 including this insulating thin film 10 is covered with a jacket resin material 11, the jacket resin material 11 is thermally set to form the jacket resin part 4.
