Abstract:

PURPOSE: To attain rational assembling by constituting components of piezoelectric sound bodies with connected links.

CONSTITUTION: The 1st and 2nd metallic tree members 9, 11 are formed as shown in figure. That is, a caption 10 is a metallic diaphragm, 10a, 11a are lead electrodes, and 10b, 11b are links to form the links of the lead electrodes 10a, 11a. The assembling of the links of the piezoelectric vibrator 14 is attained easily by forming the tree members as above. Further, the case 15a is connected by a connecting section 15c to form the link 15. This is the same as the cover 16a. A resonance box is formed by applying thermal pressing to links 14, 15, 16 at the same time.
