Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a pressure sensitive adhesive from remaining in joining glasses when plural plate-like electrodes are joined to each other.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive 28 composed of methacrylate, butylacrylate and ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate is applied at least to one side of a part through which electron beams of plural plate-like electrodes 24 do not pass in a plane type display device. Joining glasses 26 temprarily fixed by the pressure sensitive adhesive 28 is heated up to 43°C or more of a melting temperature, and the plural plate-like electrodes are joined and fixed to each other.
