PURPOSE: To improve the transshipment of materials and to simplify an auxiliary device by taking measures such as constituting a manufacturing cell for a manufacturing plant of a manipulator, a magazine for manipulation, etc., for automatically changing a tool and a work.

CONSTITUTION: This manufacturing plant is provided with an exchangeable rotating rack 2 on which a machine tool device 75, a manipulator 78, a magazine 77, and tools or a work 78 are mounted. The manipulator 76 provided with a grip arm 79 is stored in a storage part 80 in such a state as adjusting the length. The storage part 80 is attached to a reciprocating table 81 rotationally about a shaft 82 and the reciprocating table 81 is movably attached to a stationary column 83 in the vertical direction. On the other hand, a passage transfer vehicle 84 installed therein moves along a guide loop 85 in the adjacent to the magazine 77. The rotating rack 2 to be exchanged is transferred from the magazine 77 to a storage place 86 of the passage transfer vehicle 84 by related transfer devices 87, 88.
