Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a plastic blow molding having excellent dimensional precision and excellent smoothness on an inner wall face.
A core is arranged in a mold and a resin material for molding a plastic blow molding is injected on the outer surface of the core so as to manufacture an intermediate body 19 formed of the core 2 and the plastic blow molding 1. Next, the core 2 is dissolved in a water 31 and removed so as to manufacture a plastic hollow body. The core 2 is formed by injecting a mixture of an oxyalkylene group-containing vinyl alcohol polymer and an inorganic filler. The inorganic filler has an average particle diameter of 1-70μm and 10-50wt.% of the inorganic filler is added in the mixture.
