Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the external appearance of the seam of a frame to be integrated with the periphery of a plate material.
CONSTITUTION: A moving locus is so taught to a drive robot 11 as to separate a die 1 from a plate material 1 when a die 1 for extruding resin material circulates the peripheral edge of the material 1 and returns to the position immediately before the starting point of a molding 4, the material 1 and the die 2 are relatively moved so that the die 2 is moved along the peripheral edge of the material 1, the material is extruded by the die 2 in a predetermined shape, and the molding 4 of the frame is molded at the edge of the material.
