Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a poppet value by spraying and welding metal on a local area in which a bar or pipe-shaped workpiece has a part of a large diameter and subsequently cutting off a bar or a pipe and weld metal in a direction vertical to an axial line at the middle of the local area.
CONSTITUTION: Metal is sprayed and welded 13, 16 on a local area 12 in which a bar or pipe-shaped workpiece 10 has a part of a large diameter, relatively revolving the workpiece 10 and spray guns 11, 15 discharging spray with the axial line of the workpiece 10 as a center. Continuously, welding 13, 16 with a bar or a pipe is cut off in a direction vertical to the axial line at the middle of the local area 12.
