Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a printed prepaint steel plate corresponding to small quantity and multi-kind production by simply replacing various designs and printing it to the plate having excellent decorativeness for an outside plate for domestic equipments.
CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a printed prepaint steel plate comprises the steps of printing a prepaint steel plate having two-three colored or cleared topcoating films coated on a colored primer coating film by a heat transfer method in which a design can be simply printing plate-replaced by using a transfer sheet in which a design of high resolution is formed with full colors to be manufactured by small quantity and multi-kind production.
