Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely produce the pulley having separating zone for preventing disengagement of belt between each belt stretching part on the basis of the bottomed cylindrical body formed from a metal plate stock by form rolling with plural roller dies.
CONSTITUTION: An annular thin thickness part 7 is formed to the inner surface of cylinder part of the bottomed cylindrical body 4 formed from a metal plate stock. Next, a fixed clamper 8 is butted on one end of the bottomed cylindrical body 4 and a moving clamper 9 on the other end, further, plural roller dies 16, which are supported at the interval corresponding to the belt stretching part partitioned by the annular thin thickness part 7 of bottomed cylindrical body 4 and are supported free to move in the axial direction, are pressed on the belt stretching part from outer circumference and rotated. While the bottomed cylindrical body 4 is pressed in the axial direction by the moving clamper 9, the belt stretching part is pressed by these plural roller dies 16. By this method, the pulley having separating zone for preventing disengagement of belt between each belt stretching part is produced from a metal plate stock.
