PURPOSE: To improve appearance, and to impart toy properties by a method wherein an insulating board, a thermoplastic synthetic resin for a back fabric, a magnetic substance, a thermoplastic synthetic-resin foam and a thermoplastic synthetic resin for a front fabric are laminated successively on a lower electrode, a front end is formed in a tapered shape, and an upper electrode, to which a fusion cutting edge is installed, is lowered, and welded at the same time as fusion cutting.

CONSTITUTION: An insulating board 1, a thermoplastic synthetic-resin sheet 2 for a back fabric, a magnet 3, a thermoplastic-resin foam sheet 4 having elasticity and a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet 5 for a front fabric are laminated successively on a lower electrode. An upper electrode 6 is lowered from the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet 5 side for the front fabric, and fusion-cut while being welded. The upper electrode 6 has an arbitrary shape such as a circle, a geographical graphic, a concrete body graphic, etc., a front end is formed in a tapered shape, and a ring-shaped fusion-cutting edge 7 is formed. Accordingly, the periphery of the magnet 3 is fusion-cut and welded linearly by the inner circumferential surface (a) of the tapered fusion-cutting edge 7 by lowering the upper electrode 6, and finished finely.
