PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of a racket which enables the retarding the generation of molding deficiency and moreover, allows the retarding of the generation of a void in the racket frame.

CONSTITUTION: A material 23 for molding a frame outer shell is arranged in a cavity of a mold 21 having a desired shape of a racket frame and then, a pressure is applied into the material 23 to mold a racket frame comprising a contour part and a yoke part by heating. The material herein used for molding meets conditions of 'melting point of a thermoplastic resin within a bag body 29< foaming temperature of a foaming agent added to the thermoplastic resin ≤ melting point of the thermoplastic resin composing the material 23'. When the temperature of a mold reaches a temperature corresponding to the foaming temperature of the foaming agent, a pressure is applied into a contour part forming part 25a of the racket frame of the material 23 and when the mold temperature reaches the temperature corresponding to the melting point of the thermoplastic resin composing the material 23, the pressure applied into the contour part forming part 25a is further increased.
