As for a flat member 1, sizes and work are set so that left end parts 2a, 3a of extended arms 2, 3 on a left side match with right end parts 2b, 3b at the time of bending the part of a recess part 5 with the arms 2, 3 on the left side as folding centers and so that the right end part 4a of an extended arm 4 on a right side match with a left end part 4b at the time of bending the arm 4 on the right side with the part of a recessed part 6 as a folding center. In addition, in order to make the arms 2 to 4 having nearly circular cross sections after folding them, sizes and work are set for the parts 5, 6.
