PURPOSE: To obtain a composite pipe having well-featured appearance by successively cutting in the outer layer constituting material layer of a resin composite original pipe at both end edge positions of an outer layer constituting material adhesion preventing part to separate the same and releasing the adhesion preventing part.

CONSTITUTION: The outer layer constituting material layer 20 of the front end part of the arrangement place of the TS socket W of the connection region of a resin composite original pipe E is cut in by a cutter and the outer layer constituting material layer 20 positioned at the base end part of the outer layer constituting material adhesion preventing part R on an insertion side is cut in and separated at respective connection regions to obtain each resin composite pipe F having the TS socket at one end thereof and a TS socket insertion port part (f) where the base surface of a synthetic resin pipe after the outer layer constituting material adhesion preventing part R is released at the other end thereof. An adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the TS socket W at one end of one resin composite pipe prepared by the above-mentioned process and, when the insertion port part (f) of the other resin composite pipe is inserted in the TS socket W, the adhesive is cured to fix the insertion port part (f) to the TS socket W in an inserted state and both resin composite pipes F, F are strongly connected each other.
