Title:
MANUFACTURE OF RESIN-ENCLOSED STATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5530926
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture a stator at a high speed while avoiding leak of resin without using a putty or the like by enclosing a powder resin into a ring shaped chamber comprising a heat-proof paper in the both sides along the axial direction of a stator core and thereafter curing the resin by simultaneous heating to the both sides.

CONSTITUTION: A powder-state resin 10 is enclosed into the inner chamber 9 (which is disposed at the both sides along the axial direction of the stator core) of a ring-shaped partition plate 8 comprising a heat-proof fiber paper press-inserted into the inner circumference of a stator frame 2 to form the ring shaped chamber 9 by a cooperation of the inner circumference of the stator core 2, the axial end face of a stator core 1a and the outer circumference of a coil end 1b. The powder resin 10 is heated to cure the resin placed in the both sides of the chamber at the same time, and a desired stator can be manufactured in a short time without causing any resin leakage.
