Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obviate a grinding process for enhancing the inner surface configu ration and dimensional accuracy of a connecting part to be connected with the opponent member in a hose by blow-molding the hose main body, and also dispense with a flash removing process by preventing the occurrence of flashes in the case of injection-molding the connecting part, and further prevent the wall-breaking off in the course of injection molding.
CONSTITUTION: After a hose main body 12 is formed by blow-molding thermoplastic resin. the hose main body 12 is set in an injection mold 20 including a core mold 24 and an outer mold 22 and then the core mold 24 is brought into close contact with the opening of the hose main body 12 in liquid seal relation by sealing means 28, 30, 49, 42, and keeping the state, material is injected into the molding cavity 26 adjacent to the opening to thereby mold a connecting part to be connected with the opponent member in the hose and thereafter integrated with the hose main body 12.
