Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the danger of field adjusting electrodes being peeled by enhancing the adhesive strength of the field adjusting electrodes to an insulating base.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet-shaped insulating base 1 is wound into concentric circles on the outer periphery of a center conductor 2 with a plurality of field adjusting electrodes 3 therebetween. The insulating base 1 wound is impregnated with resin, which is then cured. Metallic foil the overall surface of which is made uneven 5 with a number of small holes 6 formed therethrough is used as each field adjusting electrode 3.
