Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture the titled pipe, by carrying out sizing drawing at a specified total drawing ratio to reduce tensile stress in longitudinal direction at forming Al plated steel sheet contg. specified ratios of C, Si, Mn, Mi.
CONSTITUTION: Al is plated to steel sheet contg. 0.001W0.005% C, ≤0.10% Si, 0.05W0.40% Mn as basic components, 0.03W0.25% Ti and the balance Fe with inevitable impurity and resistance welded steel tube is formed. In the forming process, sizing drawing is controlled to ≤1.7% total drawing ratio to reduce tensile stress in longitudinal direction. In this way, resistance welded steel tube is manufactured without deteriorating the characteristic from Al plated steel sheet superior in heat resistance.
